option, depending on a clients specific needs. Below is a
description of each option and the relative benefits each
method presents.
Contingency Search
Our contingency search involves client fees being settled
once a successful candidate has been found and signed contracts
with the new company. This type of search is suitable for
clients who may wish to use multiple agencies for a specific
role and are happy for candidates that we represent to be
put forward for other clients we work with. The candidates
we represent through a contingency assignment are still subject
to our rigorous screening process and applicable to their
specific requirements.
The advantages of a contingency search to yourself is that
you are not committing to Iopa Solutions financially and are
spreading your risk by using other agencies.

Retained Search
Our retained search involves payment of half the client fee
upon search commencement after the job qualification has taken
place, and the remaining half upon successful placement of
candidates. The advantage of a retained search is that all
candidates in this case will not be represented with other
companies that Iopa Solutions conducts business with. Iopa
Solutions also prioritises Retained assignments working to
a strictly agreed timeline that is agreed with clients beforehand.
Retained assignments are advantageous for highly urgent roles
where you would prefer Iopa Solutions to prioritise your work
or in situations where clients would prefer single representation
towards the market.
