specified vertical. Our consultants are constantly up to date
with their target markets and are constantly talking to industry

By attending industry events and reading relevant literature,
our consultants are also actively encouraged to network extensively
within their target markets, not only allowing them to stay
ahead of the game but also ensuring that they are aware of
the top performers and allowing them to build long term relationships
with the best in the market.
Prior to any consultant joining Iopa Solutions they are also
asked to formulate a business plan on their new market and
also give a presentation directly to the board, ensuring that
they are competent to represent themselves professionally
and knowledgably.
We are the first to admit that there may be certain gaps in
recent developments that may be unearthed. If that is the
case, our consultants will go away and address these before
re-contacting you after they have undergone their own personal

VACANY QUALIFICATION
Iopa Solutions is a firm believer that without a full understanding
of a clients needs, it is impossible to provide the best and
most suitable solution. Hence, our consultants are strictly
encouraged to complete a thorough vacancy qualification report
before submission of any candidate profiles to clients. Rather
than sending CV’s across against “job specs”,
our industry research has shown that by fully qualifying a
clients needs at the start of the recruitment process it is
able to offer a higher quality and more efficient answer.
For example, certain things such as benefits packages, travel
extent, language requirements, notice periods etc can all
be overlooked in the original qualification process. Hence
our consultants are actively encouraged to meet all potential
clients before candidate submission allowing an opportunity
to develop the fullest understanding of your requirements
and represent your company in the most applicable manner.
This allows Iopa Solutions to develop the best recruitment
solution to a clients specific needs.
CANDIDATE SCREENING
Following on from the importance we attribute to the job
qualification process, Iopa Solutions also realises the importance
of candidate screening when representing a client. Operating
within the sales market, we appreciate the workload extent
of our clients and seek to not only save them time but also
to gather as much information on potential candidates as possible.
Mandatory to our representation criteria is that we do not
send profiles across unless we have met the candidate and
actively subjected them to our standard screening process.
We realise the importance of a comprehensive screening process
and pride ourselves on the judgement and experience of our
consultants to get the best profiles across. As a result,
Iopa Solutions does not send more than 3 CV’s across
for any one role unless the clients specifically requests
so, as we feel that quality is far more important than volume.
Due to the emphasis we attribute to the candidate screen,
our consultants are actively encouraged to work closely with
clients throughout the job qualification process to ensure
that the best and most applicable screening format is established.
